Learn all about Facebook statistics with Dailyfy
To analyze your Facebook page statistics, simply access the “Analysis” tab in the menu.
Then, in our profile bar, you’ll need to select your Facebook account.
Facebook statistics on Dailyfy are divided into 7 main sections, which we’ll cover in this guide.
Summary of Facebook statistics
After clicking on your profile, you’ll have access to summary statistics for the selected period (by default the last 30 days).
You will have access to a summary of data for the period :
- Number of page “likes
- Number of subscribers
- Subscriber growth
- Total reach (organic and paid)
- Total impressions (organic and paid)
- Number of posts published
- Scope commitment rate
- Subscriber engagement rate
Then, to fine-tune your strategy, you’ll have access to a few graphs such as :
- Daily reactions by type
- Number of publications by format
- Prints by format
- Engagement rate by format
- The evolution of daily performance according to engagements, engagement rate on reach, subscribers and published posts.
A little tip: you can show or hide data in the graphs by clicking on the data name in the legend.
Daily reactions
You’ll be able to view the reactions received under your Posts day by day. Again, these are reactions that took place during that period but not necessarily on a Post published during that period or on a given day.
Statistics by format
Then you can analyze the distribution and performance of your publications by format.
This data is used for the entire life of the posts.
Here, the engagement rate displayed corresponds only to posts published during the selected period.
For example, if the selected period is January 2025, and you look at your statistics for this period on February 15, then the engagement rate will concern posts published in January, but if these January posts had reactions in February, they will be taken into account.
This data will evolve as your posts evolve. It’s an average of the engagement rate of your posts published over the period.
Performance evolution
Finally, in this pivot table-type graph, you can correlate daily :
- Number of posts published
- Subscriber growth
- Commitments
- Commitment rate
This chart allows you to analyze in detail the performance of your Facebook page from day to day. You’ll be able to easily identify trends and correlations between these different metrics.
Important: If you boost a post, we take this data into account in the table. This can explain high engagement rates even though no post was published that day.
Developments
In this section, you’ll have access to data on the evolution of your performance, such as the number of subscribers, the evolution of organic or paid reach according to the selected period.
Number of subscribers
Provides an overview of the number of subscribers over a given period.
Subscriber growth
This graph is closely related to the one we have just seen.
But it does allow daily analysis of the evolution of subscribers won, lost and “Net”.
Net corresponds to the difference between subscribers won and lost over one day.
Evolution of total reach
In this graph, you can analyze the daily evolution of your :
- Total reach (organic + paid)
- Organic scope
- Paid reach (advertising)
This graph allows you to clearly visualize how your reach evolves over time, distinguishing between different types of reach. It’s a valuable tool for understanding the impact of your organic efforts and advertising campaigns.
Tip: You can customize the graph display to suit your needs. To do so, simply click on the denominations (paid and total reach) in the legend. A simple click allows you to hide or show each type of reach.
For example, if you want to focus solely on your organic reach, click on “paid reach” and “total reach” in the legend to hide them. You’ll get a clean graph, focused on your organic performance.
This feature lets you analyze each staff type separately or compare them easily.
Print evolution
On the same basis as the previous graph, you can analyze your daily :
- total impressions (organic + paid)
- organic printing
- paid printing (advertising)
This graph shows you clearly how your printout evolves over time, distinguishing between different types of print.
Tip: You can customize the graph display to suit your needs. To do so, simply click on the denominations (paid and total reach) in the legend. A simple click allows you to hide or show each type of reach.
Your Facebook audience
You can also analyze your audience in this section. Following the latest RGPD updates, Facebook has removed a lot of data (such as age or gender).
Today, we only have access to the location of fans by country and city.
You will find 3 charts to analyze your audience:
- Heatmap of the world to see in which countries your fans are located
- List of the 5 countries with the most fans
- List of the 5 cities with the most fans
This data will give you a better understanding of the geographical distribution of your audience. Use this information to refine your content strategy and target your publications more effectively!

Range by day of week
Here is a detailed explanation of our analysis of the reach of Facebook posts by day of the week:
Analyzed scope :
- We measure total reach, including both organic and paid reach.
- This analysis concerns only posts published over a 7-day period, from Monday to Sunday.
Calculation method :
- For each post, we track its daily reach for the 7 days following publication.
- Important: Only posts with a “lifetime” of at least 7 days are taken into account in our calculations.
Case in point:
- If a post was published 3 days ago, it will not yet be included in our analysis.
- We wait until a post has at least 7 days of data before including it in our statistics.
First synchronization with Dailyfy :
- Please be patient when you log on for the first time!
- It will take up to 14 days for the graph to fully complete.
- This period allows us to collect complete and reliable data on all your recent posts.
This approach enables us to provide you with an accurate and consistent overview of the performance of your Facebook posts. You’ll be able to better understand how your reach evolves over time, and adjust your strategy accordingly.
