How to group profiles with Dailyfy?
Group of profiles, what?
To group profiles with Dailyfy, it’s very simple.
Grouping Profiles, allows you to associate more than 2 profiles in a group. So, by selecting the group, you will automatically select all the profiles in the group. Very practical if you have similar brands in the same Dailyspace. This can save you from having several Dailyspaces (although we recommend that you make a Dailyspace for each brand).
The steps to group networks in Dailyfy?
Once you’ve connected your profiles to your Dailyspace, you can group them together to make it easier for you to manage and organize yourself with your team.
- Go to the configuration of your Dailyspace
- Social Network
- Group Management
- Click on “Add Group”
- Upload a profile picture for your group
- Add a name to your group (ideally your brand/company/codename)
- Select the profiles connected to Dailyfy that you want to associate with this group.
- Click on save.
How to edit a profile group
To edit profiles in a group, all you have to do is:
- access the configuration of your Dailyspace
- Social Network
- Group Management
- you will then have the list of groups created in your DailySpace
- Click on the icon with a pencil to edit your party
- You will then be able to change the photo, name and select or deselect a profile
- Click on save.
How to delete a profile group
To delete a group of profiles, you must:
- Access your Dailyspace configuration
- Then on “Social Network”
- Then “Group Management”
- You will then have the list of groups created in your DailySpace
- Click on the trash can icon to delete your group
This action is irreversible.
Only the group will be deleted from Dailyfy. Dailyfy connected profiles and posts will not be deleted from your Dailyspace.
