How do I retrieve a page or profile mention?
To retrieve a mention from a page or profile in order to integrate it into our universal mention feature, it’s very simple.
All you have to do is:
- Find the page or profile on the platform
- Copy the URL of this page
- Paste the URL into our universal mention feature
- Confirm the profile name by clicking on the suggestion.
Compatible with Facebook profiles (pages only), Instagram, and X.
Pour LinkedIn, cela fonctionne parfois (pages uniquement). Dans tous les cas, tu gagneras du temps en copiant/collant pour modifier simplement un espace ou le nom exact de l’entreprise.
