How do I refresh my access tokens?
What is an access token?
Let’s start with a quick explanation of what an “access token” means in Dailyfy
“Since Dailyfy does not ask you for any password or login, all transactions on your pages are done with the insurance of the networks and access keys that you provide to us directly by logging into your account.”
When should I refresh my tokens?
Sometimes you’ll see an orange “!” icon next to your account profile in our SocialDock. This means that you need to refresh your connection to renew your tockens so that the synchronization between Dailyfy and the platform is optimal.

How do I refresh my access tokens?
- Click on “Settings” in the bottom left corner of the menu.

2. On the Setup page, you will be automatically redirected to the page to manage your connected accounts.

3. Select your social network, then your account. If your tocken is expired then you will see an exclamation mark instead of the green icon. To re-synchronize the tockens, simply click on the refresh icon as below.

4. Then, you will be redirected to your social network’s platform to validate the request. At this stage, you will be able to modify the accesses. Although we recommend that you give us ALL the rights so that you can fully use all our features.
To finalize, simply click on the continue button.

5. Afterwards, we ask you to validate the profiles you want to connect to your Dailyspace. You can search using the search bar (handy if you have a lot of your account).
Select your profile(s) and then click on the add button

To check that the connection between Dailyfy and your account is operational, simply check that the green icon with a checkmark is present, as below.
